Ein neuer Ansatz zur regionalen Gestaltung der sozialökologischen Transformation, by Frederik Moch (DGB).
Wegen sozioökonomischer Umbrüche und der Auswirkungen des sozial-ökologischen Wandels befindet sich die Arbeitswelt in Deutschland in einem tiefgreifenden Strukturwandel.
In dieser Lage ist das Eingreifen des Staates unabdingbar, um den sozialen Zusammenhalt zu gewährleisten und eine vorausschauende Gestaltung dieser »Transformation« umzusetzen.
Die auf regionaler Ebene eingesetzten »Transformationsräte« sind dafür ein neuer Ansatz. Durch die Einbindung von wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und politischen Akteuren sowie der Zivilgesellschaft erlaubt es dieses Instrument, gemeinsame Handlungsansätze zu erarbeiten und die Transformation stärker demokratisch zu legitimieren.
