Objective: The objective of this meeting was to delve into the intersectionality of gender, energy, and climate in the Caucasus and Central Asian region. We aim to explore the vulnerabilities of women in climate adaptation efforts and their pivotal role in the energy transition, with a focus on labor markets, skills development, and gender gaps.
