Decoding China’s Electric Vehicle Success: Lessons for Europe

China's rapidly expanding electric vehicles industry is putting the European auto sector under great pressure. Has Europe already lost out?

This recent FES study argues that China's electric car success is neither a coincidence nor solely due to a state-planned economy. Instead, there are a number of causes from which important lessons can be learned for the future of the auto sector in Europe.

We intend to present this study in Brussels in the near future, we keep you posted.
