Claudia Detsch is the Director of FES Just Climate. Previously, she was editor-in-chief of the IPG Journal in Berlin and editor of the Buenos Aires-based journal Nueva Sociedad. From 2008 to 2012, she headed the FES office in Ecuador and the Foundation's regional energy and climate project in Latin America. She is a sociologist and studied in Hamburg and Barcelona.

Reghina Dimitrisina is Policy Advisor at FES Just Climate. She possesses expertise in climate and energy policies and European affairs. Prior to joining the FES Team, she worked as Policy Officer for the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC) and advised MEPs from the S&D and EPP political groups in the European Parliament. She studied international relations and political communications.

Stephan Thalhofer is Policy Advisor at FES Just Climate. He has a background in EU economic, fiscal and social policies. Before joining FES Just Climate he was policy officer at the FES EU Office in Brussels since 2005. His previous work experience is with a corporate foundation, a European campaigning organization and as university tutor. He has a degree in European politics and economy and studied in Osnabrück, Germany and Sciences Po Grenoble, France.

Mariam Matiashvili

Mariam Matiashvili is Policy Advisor at FES Just Climate. Previously, she was Project Assistant in FES South Caucasus. She holds a Master of Science in Policy Studies from The University of Edinburgh and MBA from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Mariam has eight years of work experience in the public sector and provides lectures and training on management.

Silke Lang is the Office and Event manager at FES Just Climate. Previously, she served as the Communications Officer at PRACE. From 2008 to 2015, Silke Lang worked at the Helmholtz Association as Project Assistant for the European Energy Research Alliance (EERA). She has a long working experience in media outlets. She has a Masters Degree in political science from the University of Mainz, Germany.

Veronica Paoli

Veronica Paoli is the Finance manager at FES Just Climate. She graduated in political science and sociology, studying in Trento, Munich and Paris. She has worked in the legal field for several years and has been involved in territorial development projects in Italy. Before joining the FES team, she worked at the European Region Tirol Südtirol Trentino in Brussels.
